Identify and grow commercial and K-12 business relationships within Central Pennsylvania, Northern Maryland and the West Virginia panhandle district. Product and services portfolio included networking, video and PBX products, along with federally tariffed telecom solutions, including ISDN, frame relay, ATM, DSL, and Centrex based services.

Daily management of a nationwide communications infrastructure that included PBX, key, voice messaging and video platforms. Management of corporate local, long distance, calling card, wireless services. Co-management of corporate WAN and Internet services. Frequent involvement in the consultation and decision-making processes as related to technologies and services employed at international locations.

Responsible for the “wired” backbone for both voice and data communications to the desktop. Also responsible for budget forecasting and control, fraud detection, procurement and project management. Authored RFPs and end-user related materials. Experienced with end-user training and supervision of technical staff.
